offered by All Child's Play itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused

violation of any A Big Bold Life, Inc. operating rule or policy relating to the service(s)
provided. When A Big Bold Life is threatened with suit by a third party, A Big Bold Life may
seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify A Big Bold Life;
your failure to provide those assurances may be considered by us to be a breach of your
Agreement and may result in deactivation of your account.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES AND
