I’m not big on watching the news or reading the newspaper.  Most of my news comes from the internet or my morning talk shows.

This morning Good Morning America had an interesting little study on kids that wear glasses.  They had a set of twins and put a pair of glasses on one of the twins.  Then they asked a classroom of 30 kids which of the twins they would rather have as a “study buddy”.

Something like 26 of the 30 kids all said that they would rather study with the twin with the glasses because he “looks smarter” and they thought they would learn more from him.

Interesting?  Mom’s  going to keep these specs on all the time now (instead of just for reading) and see if my kids think I’m any smarter.  Yea right…that’ll be the day.
